DayPorter keeps your whole book of business in one place: leads through active contracts, the buildings you clean, recurring revenue, follow-ups, and a proper janitorial bid calculator — all stored privately on your device.

Getting started

• Add a lead from the home screen, then open it to fill in the contact, buildings (sites), and move it along the pipeline (Lead → Walkthrough → Bid sent → Active → Lost).
• Run a bid with the Bid calculator: enter square footage and visits per week, and DayPorter turns your production rate, labor, supplies, and margin into a suggested monthly price.
• Track revenue — active contracts roll up into the Monthly Recurring total on the home screen.
• Set your defaults once in Settings (loaded labor rate, production rate, supplies %, margin %) and every new bid starts from them.

Where is my data stored?

Entirely on your device. DayPorter has no server and no account — nothing you enter is uploaded. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I back up or move my data?

Settings → Backup → Export backup writes a plain JSON file you can save anywhere. Import backup restores it (this replaces everything currently in the app). Back up before switching phones — there is no automatic cloud sync.

What does DayPorter Pro unlock?

Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the free limit of 10 clients. Sites, contracts, bids, follow-ups, and backup/export are free forever.

I bought Pro but it's not showing / I got a new phone.

Settings → DayPorter Pro → Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so restoring re-applies your unlock at no charge.

Light or dark mode?

Settings → Appearance lets you choose System, Light, or Dark.
