SceneReady ("the App") is a toolkit for actors, available for $0.99. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is handled.

Data Collection

SceneReady does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• We do not collect names, email addresses, or account information.
• We do not use analytics or tracking services.
• We do not use cookies or similar technologies.
• We do not sell, share, or monetize any user data.

Data Stored on Your Device

All data you create within the App — including scripts, character breakdowns, rehearsal journal entries, monologues, and annotation notes — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

• Speech Synthesis — Used to read scene partner dialogue aloud via the AI Scene Partner feature. No audio is recorded or transmitted.
• Document Picker — Used to import script files (e.g., PDFs) from your device. Files are processed locally and never uploaded.
• Clipboard — Used to paste script text into the App. Clipboard contents are not stored or transmitted.
• Haptic Feedback — Used for touch feedback. No data is collected.

Third-Party Services

SceneReady does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, it is compliant with COPPA and similar regulations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
